You can expect to see traces of this powerful partnership in Toyota’s 2012 electric offering. This will serve as a tester for the concepts that the partnership will crank out, giving them the feedback that they need to create a strong vehicle.
While some look down on these collaborations, others realize the importance that they will have on the overall electric vehicle market. These companies will combine to create electric cars that can go further, for cheaper, and at faster speeds. In the end, these partnerships will completely push the technology of electric vehicles, helping to move the cars closer to our expectations. While the change will be slow, Toyota and Tesla will be at the head of the pack.
